Technical Account Manager for data and AI infrastructure

I'm the first Technical Account Manager at InterWorks. About 40 companies run their analytics on Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, and Matillion environments that my team keeps alive around the clock, and I own the technical relationship with each of them.

When something breaks, I'm in the logs with their engineers. When it's fixed, I'm in the room with their VP explaining what we changed so it doesn't happen again. On my own time I run a self-hosted AI control plane and build iOS apps.

  1. 2025 to now

    Technical Account Manager at InterWorksFirst TAM

    Built the TAM practice from scratch and defined how managed-services customers are onboarded, reviewed, and supported.

    • Own the technical relationship for about 40 customers, from founder-led startups to large enterprises.
    • Lead onboarding for every new customer, from kickoff and discovery through environment transition and handoff.
    • Run quarterly service reviews that turn platform health and incident history into priorities for engineers and executive sponsors.
    • Debug production issues directly with customer developers, and turn recurring problems into playbooks and a biannual customer newsletter.
  2. 2022 to 2025

    Systems Engineer at InterWorks

    Kept Tableau Server and Alteryx Server available across single-node and clustered high-availability environments, with SLA-backed 24/7 support across global regions. Earned the Alteryx Server Implementation certification.

  3. 2020 to 2021

    Systems Administrator at InterWorks

    Supported about 400 users worldwide across Windows and Linux servers and networking, and led a mobile device policy rollout across the UK and Europe. Started as an intern and was promoted within three months.
